Louis joined Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation in 2018 as iCorp Solution Director and Head of Business Development and Program Management respectively, leading the team promoting Inclusive Workplace and supporting mainstream PoDs* employment. In 2023, Louis has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation. With his more than 10 years of Non-Government Organization experience, much of which has been within the mission of inclusive contexts, Louis has been leading to promote social inclusion, bringing creativity and new inspiration to the Foundation.
Louis has over 20 years of people management experience in Hong Kong and Asia region. Prior to joining Dialogue in the Dark, Louis conducted different sales development and management workshops for multinational enterprises. He also specializes in providing professional parenting courses and consultation services to schools and NGOs.
Louis obtained Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Social Science in Counselling in the University of Hong Kong. He is the Founder of the Hong Kong Lacrosse Association and as a Head Coach in 2006 and 2010 World Championships.
