ILMF aims to empower multicultural collaboration for Ethnic Minority communities in an all- in-one EMC Square, equipping EM small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Hong Kong with the necessary skills, knowledge, and community connections through business skills training workshops, community networking through a timebanking platform, mentoring for business entrepreneurship, and targeted Cantonese language learning with translation assistance service. By addressing the persistent operational and managerial challenges faced by these SMEs, with focus on EM small shop retailers, EMC Square seeks to foster a thriving EM business ecosystem that is better integrated with the broader community
