Ms. Victoria LO

Director of Program & Curriculum, Generation Hong Kong

Victoria Lo is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience driving workforce development across corporate and non-profit sectors. As Director of Program & Curriculum at Generation Hong Kong, she leads the designs and delivery of education-to-employment initiatives that prepare learners—whether in schools, pre-employment training, career transitions, or changing organizations—to succeed in evolving economies. She champions Generation’s 7-step methodology to shape equitable talent ecosystems and redefine workforce standards.

Victoria previously served as Associate Program Director supporting first-time job seekers, then Head of Learning & Development, where she strengthened the organization’s curriculum strategy. Her leadership now encompasses program design, management, and impact-driven delivery.

Previously, she was a founding member of a boutique recruitment firm, where she executed over 800 talent searches while advising multinational organizations on inclusive hiring. With a Master of Digital Learning and Education Technology from Johns Hopkins University, she combines technological innovation with adult learning principles. Victoria also volunteers as a mentor, empowering underserved communities and supporting fellow social innovation practitioners.

Victoria participated in SSILP as a fellow in 2024 and later served as a mentor in 2025.
