Interweave Cantonese Learning Platform

This project addresses the challenge faced by ethnic minority (EM) students in Hong Kong, whose Cantonese proficiency is insufficient for the local schooling system, which primarily teaches in Cantonese. While they learn Cantonese at school, the lack of practice opportunities at home limits their proficiency and confidence. To tackle this issue, we propose a conversational-driven Cantonese learning platform that teaches practical language skills through immersive real-life simulations. We will partner with NGOs to deliver this solution directly to EM children in need.
