This project addresses pervasive parent-child communication barriers and emotional suppression among migrant worker families in Guangzhou’s Panyu District (Greater Bay Area) through Socially Engaged Art.

We pioneer a community-led ArtVoice Model featuring:

  • Participatory art workshops for 200 migrant worker families;
  • Standardized “Family Expression Toolkit” ;
  • Training 30 Community Emotional Facilitators (CEFs);
  • Establishing “Community Expression Corners”.

Social innovation: Transforming beneficiaries into solution owners (CEFs), deploying accessible art-based tools, and designing a replicable sustainability engine (micro-payments / policy advocacy). Outcomes include ≥25% conflict reduction and scalable community support ecosystems.
