Kenneth Choi is a dynamic leader shaping social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. As CEO of Gingko House, a social enterprise restaurant chain, he manages six restaurants, a central kitchen, a bakery, and an organic farm supplying fresh produce. The chain empowers senior citizens facing financial and emotional hardships through meaningful employment. Concurrently, as Executive Director of Everbright Concern Action LTD (ECA), Kenneth drives an NGO focused on supporting seniors with essential services, reflecting his deep commitment to community welfare.

Armed with a BBA in Hospitality Management from Northwood University and an EMBA from Chicago Booth, Kenneth boasts over 20 years in food and beverage management. His accolades include the 2018 NGOLP Program Championship and the 2024 Spirit of Hong Kong Entrepreneurship Award, underscoring his innovative leadership.
