Stephanie Pow is a dedicated non-profit leader currently serving as the Program Director for IGNITE, the flagship resilience-building program at Asian Charity Services (ACS). Based in Hong Kong, Stephanie is a passionate advocate for the city’s social sector, driven by the core belief that transparency and equitable access to resources are the primary catalysts for a flourishing NGO community.
Stephanie transitioned into the non-profit space following a successful career in the hospitality industry, where she spent several years honing her expertise in sales and marketing. She first joined ACS as the Volunteer & Partnerships Manager, leveraging her commercial background to bridge the gap between corporate professional talents and the critical needs of social purpose organizations.
In her current role, Stephanie oversees high-impact initiatives designed to equip NGO leaders with the tools necessary for long-term sustainability. By combining her strategic marketing roots with a “people-first” approach to social impact, Stephanie continues to elevate the standard of talent management and capacity building within the global non-profit landscape.
