Hong Kong’s youth face a silent crisis of stress and isolation, often struggling to cope with daily pressures. Our programme offers an experiential, peer-led journey that transforms emotional struggle into creative confidence. We use the “Blind Box” metaphor to symbolize the student’s journey: just as a “blind box” holds a hidden treasure, our participants carry untapped resilience often “boxed up” by life’s pressures. Throughout the programme, students undergo a transformative three-phase process: they first build a personal “stress-busting” toolkit, then find safety in peer-led circles, and finally, channel their personal growth into a creative project. This culminates in the “Blind Box” showcase—a public “unboxing” event where students creatively reveal their unique potential through art, performance, or design. By prioritizing this journey over perfection, we turn passive care recipients into confident community leaders, sparking a more resilient future for Hong Kong.
