Horace is currently the Executive Manager, Charities (Healthy Community) of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. He is responsible for grant-making work on programmes related to medical, health and rehabilitation topics. On community service, Horace is a member of the Elderly Commission.
Horace acquired a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
