Louis Hou is the Executive Director of KELY Support Group, leading youth empowerment and mental health initiatives for young people in Hong Kong through inclusive and innovative community programmes. He is also the founder of the Child Parent Relationship Therapy Association of Hong Kong (CPRTHK) and the China Hong Kong Goalball Association, advancing parental education and para-sports development to promote social inclusion.
With over 20 years of people management experience across Hong Kong and the Asia region in multi-national corporations, Louis brings extensive leadership and organisational development expertise to his NGO roles. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation, where he promoted inclusive workplaces and employment opportunities for People of Differences.
Louis is the founder and Executive Director of the Hong Kong Lacrosse Association and has represented Hong Kong as Head Coach at the 2006 and 2010 World Championships, reflecting his commitment to sports as a platform for empowerment. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Social Science in Counselling from the University of Hong Kong, integrating business acumen with psychosocial insight in his leadership.
