MB is the Head of AM Traditional Tax at UBS, based in Hong Kong, with over 20 years of proven experience across a broad range of tax areas.He is responsible for overseeing and managing tax risks across the Asset Management business, with a particular focus on traditional investment asset classes globally. His remit includes leadership of teams located in Switzerland, London, New York, Mumbai, and Pune. Prior to joining UBS, MB worked at Deloitte and at one of the largest Korean multinational corporations in Seoul.
MB holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in Korea and is a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA). He is a Korean citizen and has been based in Hong Kong since 2014. He has also served as a mentor for the Programme’s 2023, 2024 and 2025 cohorts.
