Michael is the Head of Investment Banking Middle Office Operations APAC (ex. India) at UBS and joined the firm in 2019. During his 20 years in the industry, he held various positions in London, New York as well as Japan and has been working in Hong Kong since 2009.
Michael is passionate about innovative technologies that can enable teams to be more data-driven with AI and analytics. Thanks to his extensive experience managing global teams and driving large projects, Michael is very well familiar with change management and what is required – from teams as well as individuals – to be most effective. He has served as mentor for the Program since 2021.
