Stanley is the Head of Wealth Management Technology APAC at UBS, and the crew technical lead in the region responsible for building and scaling digital capabilities that support the firm’s wealth management business. Since joining UBS in 2010, Stanley has held multiple global leadership roles, developing deep expertise across onshore, offshore, and near‑shore technology delivery models.
With 28 years of experience in financial services technology across Asia, Stanley worked at a global investment bank, overseeing front‑office client connectivity platforms and leading the implementation of middle‑ and back‑office systems across Southeast Asia. Earlier in his consulting career, he worked closely with regulators, stock exchanges, and banks, giving him a well‑rounded perspective on technology, governance, and market infrastructure.
Rooted in Hong Kong, Stanley has been a vegetarian for over eight years and is guided by a strong personal belief in treating people, living beings, and the environment with fairness and respect.
