Esther has more than 10 years of experience in ESG research and advisory for private and public sectors. Prior to joining UBS, she was Bloomberg Intelligence’ first ESG analyst in APAC, where she led ESG equity and credit research. She also worked for Ernst and Young and Sustainalytics. Aside from work, she is also a Board adviser of the HKUST Bachelor in Sustainable and Green Finance Programme and a lecturer for Green Business Strategy course.
