Ms. Fiona WONG

Ms. Fiona Wong leads the North Asia Process and Quality Specialist and Front Support Office teams for UBS Global Wealth Management Business, based in Hong Kong. Their team plays a pivotal role in safeguarding clients’ wealth as Know Your Client (KYC) subject matter experts, supporting the GWM business in overseeing end-to-end KYC activities, and serving as a conduit with BRO and control functions. Fiona has been with UBS since 2002 and has held various leadership roles across both the Investment Bank and Wealth Management Operating Office. Fiona brings deep expertise in front-to-back transformation, client platform strategy, and scalable business operations. Fiona holds an Actuarial Science degree from the London School of Economics. Outside of work, Fiona enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her nine-year-old daughter, especially working on puzzles and Lego creations together.
