As CEO of Inspiring Girls Hong Kong, Ines channels her unwavering commitment to nurturing the aspirations of the next generation. Over three years, her initiatives have impacted 3,500 girls in 25 underprivileged schools, connecting them with inspiring female role models and offering career-focused learning activities with support from 2,000 volunteers and 30 top-tier companies.
With a decade of experience as a sought-after public speaker, Ines addresses crucial topics including leadership, entrepreneurship, and gender equality. Recognized for her contributions, she has been nominated for Tatler’s Front & Female Award and featured in Tatler Gen T and Prestige Women of Influence lists. Ines’s commitment to advancing women’s success extends to her role as a member of the AmCham Women of Influence awards judging committee. Recently, she participated in the SSILP program, winning the UBS Champion prize for developing an innovative financial literacy program for girls.
