The Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) was set up by the Government to fund diversified social capital development projects, building mutual trust, reciprocity and support networks in the community.
Since inception, the CIIF has funded over 500 projects in Hong Kong with an amount totaling
$1.2 billion and established different social capital development models successfully.
As the leading funder in Hong Kong, the CIIF will set up a “Social Capital Platform” (the “Platform”) to facilitate experience exchange among stakeholders to jointly exploring more
effective approaches to build social capital as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the social capital building in Hong Kong to provide insights for future development.
