SSILP has established connections with numerous non-governmental sectors. The project’s primary goal is to create the SSILP Alumni Network to significantly enhance its impact on the social welfare sector. The key objectives include:
1. Increasing the visibility of NGO services to the general public, thereby attracting more talent to engage with NGOs and potentially start their careers in this critical sector.
2. Offering training programmes led by SSILP Alumni from NGOs to professionals in other sectors, focusing on transferring unique skills and expertise developed within the NGO sector to enhance professional development across various industries.
3. Implementing the Professional to Professional (P to P) training model to facilitate effective knowledge transfer, strengthen collaborative relationships among NGOs, and enhance partnerships with societal stakeholders to generate a greater social impact.
