Mr. Thomas PAN

Thomas has been involved with Programme since its launch in 2015, volunteering as both a mentor and a trainer. He frequently cites the experience as one of his favorite things about working at UBS! He joined UBS in 2011 on the trading floor, before transitioning to the Asia Pacific President’s Office in 2012. There, he’s held several roles spanning the regional strategy and COO functions. He has recently become the Location Operating Head Hong Kong in 2023. Tom started his career at HSBC, working in Global Banking and Markets in London, Hong Kong and New York. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an MBA from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management.
