TOFE (Top Female Talent Empowerment Program)

The project is a female talent empowerment program that equips female talents coming to Hong Kong from Mainland China with the necessary skills and resources so that they can adapt to living and working in Hong Kong more comfortably. The project also puts effort into capacity building to create a more inclusive culture with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) values. Womentors and Shenzhen One Foundation will collaborate on this project leveraging on our existing strengths and resources.
