Resolve’s Allyship 101 program tackles inequality in Hong Kong workplaces by empowering individuals to foster diversity and inclusion. Through our two-part workshop series and stand-alone thematic awareness talks, we’ll take an intersectional approach to DEI, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to enact change – from home to community to office. By engaging employees across sectors, we’ll drive systemic transformation while helping organizations amplify their social impact. Our proven approach brings diverse communities together, bridging divides and catalyzing meaningful dialogue. We believe that everyday actions can create a more equitable, connected Hong Kong.
