Resilience Beyond

No one likes failure, but what most people forget is that it’s often failure that leads to success. Inspired by the concept of the “Museum of Failure” which was founded by Swedish psychologist Dr. Samuel West in 2017, a curated collection of historically notable commercial failures in products, we are going to establish a mini-“Museum of Failure” within secondary schools highlighting how personal failures are integral to our growth and development. This initiative aims to drive a cultural shift in the perception of failure, creating a positive environment where failure is seen as an opportunity for growth in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
