Bosco Leung is the Social Responsibility Lead at MTR Corporation, with over 17 years of cross-regional experience in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the UK. Starting as an MTR management trainee, he later launched the award-winning MTR Mobile app series, recognised with over 20 ICT and accessibility awards.
Since joining MTR’s ESG team in 2022, Bosco has shaped the company’s social responsibility strategy, integrating business growth with community impact. He leads key initiatives such as Social Inclusion Week, the EmpowerZ Youth Pilot Scheme, Train for Life Journey 2.0 with a Social Innovation Challenge, and the ESG Project Allies Programme with NGOs and social enterprises. He also founded the Gender Equity Network and oversees the Internal ESG Fund, which has supported 30+ projects in three years.
Beyond MTR, Bosco serves as a guest lecturer at HKU and CUHK, a mentor for youth and social innovation programmes, and an adjudicator for awards including the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025 and HKSEC 2025. His expertise in digital innovation, corporate strategy, and ESG enables him to offer a forward-looking perspective on sustainable value creation and inclusive leadership.
