RainLily’s pilot integrates a secure AI portal into its support services to streamline reporting for complex sexual violence cases, with a critical focus on the rise of Image-Based Sexual Violence (IBSV) and Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) in Hong Kong. With AI assistance, caseworkers and victim-survivors can safely and accurately consolidate fragmented trauma narratives and chaotic digital footprints into structured, legally optimized statements. By compressing preparation times, the project expands capacity for vital counseling and emotional care. Ultimately, this approach minimises secondary trauma, creates a smoother path for victim-survivors to voice out, and eliminates structural obstacles throughout complex institutional reporting procedures.
