Benita is passionate about diversity and inclusion and sustainability. She founded Encompass HK in 2018 to promote the Sustainable Development Goals with unique experiential-learning programs. She is a Board Director at KELY Support Group and Youth Arch Foundation, and also teaches part-time at The University of Hong Kong.
