Ms. Manisha WIJESINGHE

Executive Director, HELP for Domestic Workers

Manisha is a nonprofit leader and qualified lawyer with over 15 years of experience advancing social impact and philanthropy across Asia. She currently serves as the Executive Director of HELP for Domestic Workers, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the rights and wellbeing of migrant domestic caregivers.

With a Master of Laws in Human Rights, Manisha has worked with UNICEF, Save the Children, UNDP, Christian Action, and Daly & Associates, where she has focused on organizational development, strategic planning, and participatory program design. Beyond HELP, she serves in a number of advisory roles, including with MindHK and the EMpower Programme for Ethnic Minority Women, promoting gender equity, mental health, and social inclusion.

Manisha’s work has been recognized with multiple awards in Hong Kong and has been featured in international and local media. She is deeply committed to strengthening systems that enable organizations to co‑design sustainable solutions with the communities they serve.. In 2025 she co-authored “Co‑Creation in Action”, a report on the use of participatory approaches when working with marginalised communities.
