EMbassadors From Field to Stage

This collaborative initiative between Sports for Life (SFL) and the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation (HKYAF) fosters social inclusion and cultural understanding among Hong Kong youth. Engaging 30 youth “EMbassadors”—youth representatives who champion diversity and inclusion—half ethnic minorities and half local Chinese, the programme creates a vibrant environment through dynamic arts and sports interactions. Over 12 months, participants engage in activities to build friendships and embrace diversity, culminating in two school outreaches and three 30-minute community theatrical performances with post-show sharing, reaching 300 audience members. These performances empower the “EMbassadors” to advocate for racial harmony and community integration.
