V Future Lab （Plant-Based Food Innovation & Changemaker Program）

V Future Lab is an eight-month ecosystem-building initiative that empowers 20 emerging changemakers, engages over 1,000 community members, and mobilizes 40+ partners to advance sustainable food system transformation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. By supporting plant-based food innovators and raising public awareness of healthy and climatefriendly food choices, V Future Lab expands access to healthy and climate-friendly food choices, promotes sustainable consumption, and contributes to healthier communities and a more resilient, low-carbon food system.
