The Home/Work Allyship Programme (屋。企同行計畫) bridges the gap between corporate values and household realities by bringing DEI and ESG straight into the living room. By meeting employers where they work, we solve a historically stubborn challenge: how to effectively reach and engage the people who employ migrant domestic workers (MDWs). The programme equips corporate employees with a practical system to eliminate predatory recruitment debt and formalise fair working arrangements. By transforming everyday professionals into internal champions for ethical households, we are driving a massive cultural shift in how MDWs are valued, treated, and protected.
